A message for our AMERICAN customers
We have removed the USA shipping option from our website.
We are no longer shipping anything to the US.
The US will no longer allow food products into the the country without FDA approval. The numerous forms that need to be filled in for every product as well as the tariff calculations for every order, make it impossible for our small business to fulfil US orders.
We would love to serve our US customers as we did before, hopefully in the future, things will change.
Shipping is by Local Courier or Canada Post; the rates will be displayed after entering a Billing/Shipping address on Checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time, using the size and weight of the item/s and the destination address.
A pickup option will also be displayed for those in the Greater Toronto Area who wish to pick up their orders.

Whiz: A delivery service that specializes in fast, reliable transport of packages, goods, and orders. Offering convenient delivery solutions for the GTA
Canada Post: Use only for deliveries to apartments, PO Boxes and very rural areas.
Continental USA:
Shipping is by Canada Post, the rates will be displayed after entering a Billing/Shipping address on Checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time by Canada Post using the size and weight of the item/s and the destination address.
International:

Returns:
Please contact us before returning any items.
Not all products can be returned.
Products must be in original packaging and unopened.
To change an order: Please contact us immediately. We may be able to change your order depending on how far the order is in processing. (at our discretion)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY
- The customer will be responsible for the costs incurred by us for an incorrect shipping address. We will only reship a parcel when the additional costs have been paid.
- If shipping to a different address, shipping will be calculated for the shipping address and not the billing address.
- While we try to ship our orders out promptly it is not possible to deliver them on a specific day.
- The customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or customs duties charged by any country, state or province.
